Thomas Pater (TJ)
CoFounder & CEO
Thomas Pater has been in industrial automation for 25+ Years. TJ enjoys hobbies like wood working, leather, RCs and 3D printing. TJ has degrees in CADD, IT and Software Engineering and has been working as an engineer focused on Auto Guided Vehicles for 10+ years providing mechanical, electrical, software and controls engineering throughout. He has also spent time providing data collection and reporting throughout his career. TJ believes that nothing is impossible, we just haven’t figured out a way to do it YET!
Zack Pater
CoFounder & Systems Manager
Zachary is a software engineer with a history in data collection and processing on embedded wireless systems. Zack is a graduate of Computer Science and Computational Physics as well as minored in Mathematics for Morehead University and enjoys many aspects of technology. He has a passion for music, gaming, auto mechanics, and 3D printing enjoying free time with his wife and pets. Zack believes most programers don't code for money or praise but because its fun!
Zachary Lane
CoFounder & Integrations Manager (In Memoriam)
Zach co-founded our company and led our integration department, specializing in PLC data collection and custom PC software development. With nearly a decade of industry experience, he played a key role in designing and delivering robust data-collection solutions through direct PLC and database integrations. As a full-stack developer with deep expertise in backend systems, Zach was instrumental in shaping the technical foundation of our products and services.Beyond his technical contributions, Zach was known for his dedication, integrity, and thoughtful approach to problem - solving.He believed strongly in the importance of family, often saying that being a father was the most important role of his life.His passion for technology, commitment to excellence, and genuine character continue to influence our work and culture. We honor his memory and lasting impact as a founding member of our company.
